Morning workouts from home are becoming more and more popular. Particularly in periods where gyms aren’t available or we don’t want to spend money!

This has become the new norm when it comes to working out.

We have embraced it and created some really fun training routines.

7 Minutes seems like nothing, but I bet you’ll be knackered after this great workout below.

What we will be doing:

This 7 minute morning bodyweight workout consists of 7 different exercises, with each exercise being done for 50 seconds and a 10 second rest between each exercise.

The workout will take you no longer than 7 minutes to complete from start to finish.

It’s perfect for anyone who is in a rush and doesn’t have too much time!

We will focus our attention on legs, abdominals and upper body with each exercise.

Its something different which I am sure you will enjoy!

It’s a test of physical strength, which will focus on full body workout and can be done from any location.

Sometimes I like to just smash out a super short workout like this first thing in the monring.

It gets my blood flowing, and sets me up for a productive day.

7 Minute Morning Workout From Home

Ok, let’s get started!

There are 7 exercises that we will be using.

Exercises: Push ups, squats, knees to chest abs, jump squats, flutter kicks, burpees and planks.

Below I have put together quick instructional videos to make sure your form is correct.

The entire workout should take you no more than 7 minutes.

It’s a full body blowout, but a quick and effective way to workout from anywhere and get good results.

What you’ll need: you will simply need your bodyweight, an exercise mat and enough floor space to fit the length of your body into. If you don’t have an exercise mat, then a towel is fine.

What you’ll do: you will be doing 7 different exercises, each for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between sets. So 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

Warm Up Routine Before Starting

Warming up is very important before starting any workout!

Below is a good 4 minute warm up routine to get you ready for the workout, or any other workout.

Simply stretching cold muscles is never a good idea, you need to get the blood flowing!
