The beauty about this challenge is that you can quickly smash it out right after you wake up, before you go to bed, or even when you have a 20 minute break at work.

Intense 30 Day Ab Challenge

Change up your workout routine a little and start this 30 day ab challenge.

You can do it anytime of the day, and won’t take longer than 20 minutes.

It can be done on top of any workouts you have scheduled. So for example if you plan on going to the gym or working out in the afternoons, you can still do this challenge in the morning.

All you need is a timer (use your phone) and a soft service (yoga mat or towel is perfect).

We have set the challenge to three different levels: Beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Hopefully by the end of the 30 days you are at advanced!
